I agree that more users has great advantages for development.  That is
where developers come from after all.  The problem is GoboLinux has
very limited resources.  A few part-time devs.  A handful of devs with
even more limited time. (I've been unavailable for last 9 months due
to family members illness.)  A handful of experienced users willing to
provide support on the mailing list.

This has caused the docs to suffer.  What we really need is a Wiki
Manager/Doc Editor.  This person would be in charge of the wiki.  A
new user would be perfect for the job.  They would bring an outside
perspective that is needed.  Experience with other distro communities
would be nice.  Any volunteers?  Lucas, would it be possible to post
this "job opening" on gobolinux.org?

I don't think 013 was our best release.  It was over due and I think
there was some burnout towards the end.  A mild refresh for 014 might
make sense.  Main changes fixups (DHCP) and package updates.
