Well, I've taken care of that as well, if you look at the recipe.
Please try the recipe before blaming.

With my recipe you don't have to make any manual symlinks.

If you use my recipe for Aspell and the available recipes for the
dictionaries everything will be merged, as symlinks, into
/System/Links/Libraries/aspell by SymlinkProgram and with the default
configuration file I provided Aspell will try to read the dictionaries
from that directory.

I've already checked it twice before submitting and I believe you have
misunderstood what changes I've done. Please look at the recipes
again.
