There was a similar post on the last week on the same subject. The
problem was that the installed partition didn't have a /dev/console
node, probably due to an unknown problem in our installer. Could you
please take a look with the LiveCD and check if the target partition
has a device with that name? Just in case it doesn't, you can try to
create it by hand, umount the partition and reboot. The device can be
created like this:
$ mknod console c 5 1

Under which disk partition did you install 013?

I guess you've installed the base profile, right? The graphical login
appears only if you've chosen the full profile, or if you've manually
selected KDE-Base.
