[gobolinux-users] Support for P965?

Hi All!

I've got yet another issue I fail to resolve.
About a week ago I upgraded my system to Core 2 Duo spec and now 013 LiveCD
doesn't load at all (sayz something about kernel panic etc.).
Well, it seems that this is not entirely Gobo's fault, 'cause the latest
Ubuntu testing release (Feisty Fawn Herd2) doesn't load either.
The best guess would be the kernel - which seems to be a close shot since
many people on ubuntu forums are experiencing similiar problems. However,
most of what is written on the topic concerns additional JMicron IDE
controller on different motherboards, not intel P965 chipset itself. In my
case, the assumtion of flawed JMicron support shouldn't do, since my config
is entirely SATA-based - doesn't use any IDE-devices. Or is there something
else that eludes my attention?
Has anyone else here experienced the same problem? Any ideas on how to solve
it?

P.S. My current config (what matters) is:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6300
Mobo: MSI P965 Neo
LAN: Realtek RTL8110SC
HD Audio: Realtek 883
DVD-RW: Samsung SH-183A (native SATA)
HDD: Seagate ST3320620AS Barracuda 7200.10 (native SATA)
