Indeed, it looks like ChrootCompile was taken off the package list at
the time we performed a cleanup on it. I've just moved it from the
backup store the the official one again. Here it is:
http://gobo.calica.com/packages/official/ChrootCompile--1.0.0--i686.tar.bz2

Anyway, there are always the CVS snapshots, too. If you feel like
going to hack on it, this is how you can get the bleeding edge
version:

$ cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/goboscripts
co tools/ChrootCompile
