Yes. It doesn't use ChrootCompile yet because I'm not sure it's
completely ready for that, but after 014 it's meant to become the
standard. Until then, you can install programs manually and Freshen
will work just fine with them. You will have to SymlinkProgram between
versions manually, though. Part of the problem could be avoided by
distinguishing compile-time and runtime dependencies, but we don't do
that yet.

It's in the regular Gobo CVS on Savannah. You can check it out with:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/goboscripts
co tools/Freshen-2.0
It should run fine from within the checkout directory. You may need to
modify the settings file to suit you.
