There's no need to set up gpg to contribute a recipe. The name entry
is just used to auto-write a comment in the first line of the recipe.
You can just edit that comment by hand, or even leave it out. Just run
PackRecipe (run PackRecipe --help for details) and send the file
created in /Files/Compile/PackedRecipes/.
