As of the recipe for Mplayer version 1.0rc1, the codecs directory changed
to /S/L/Shared/mplayer-codecs. There are manifest recipes for
MPlayer-Codecs-Essential and MPlayer-Codecs-All which will install them into
the right directory for you. (Note that you may need to run Compile as
superuser for those recipes).
If you have a version of Mplayer that's older than 1.0rc1, then I recommend
you compile that version and use the recipe for the codecs as well.
