With that binary. You need GHC to compile GHC, there's no way around
it. You can use the official binary to compile one yourself and then
lose the original package, though, and you shouldn't need to use one
of the official binaries again. So you could sandbox the official one
in a VM and build it that way if you wanted, although there's still
really no guarantee it isn't tainting the final executables.
