Basically MakeRecipe can't determine how to build BashBurn.  We only
support a handful of types.  The most popular being ./configure and
plain make.  The name BashBurn implies its a bash script.  Most likely
no need to compile anything.  Look into the manifest recipe type to
just copy files over to /Programs
