This is a bug in the recipe itself. It should be declaring which files
are stored outside the program's entry in /Programs, but since it
fails to do so, Compile doesn't allow them to be arbitrarily copied to
the filesystem.

Could you please tell us which recipe are you trying to Compile? Maybe
the recipe author (or someone with some free time) can help you to fix
the Recipe.
