I found the error and it origins from a bug in the SignProgram/Compile
combination. When SignProgram was called from Compile and there existed
a file with the exact same name in the source directory as the package
had, SignProgram erroneously assumed that this file was a GoboLinux
package and tried to unpack it. This bug is now fixed in the CVS.
