Yes, not all recipes can be installed with Rootless -- mainly core
system stuff like Glibc, things with kernel modules, etc. Things that
are usual dependencies for a userland app should install. In
particular, the ones you mentioned should all install okay, I believe.
KDevelop may need environment variable tweaking if you want to use it
on top of a systemwide installation of KDE (so that KDEDIRS uses both
Rootless and system paths). I'm not familiar with the Postgres recipe,
but it should work.
