Just pull down the manifest file:
http://gobo.calica.com/packages/official/MANIFEST{.bz2}

How is it implemented (perl cgi, php, ruby on rails, J2EE, etc)?  Once
it's stabilized, I could run it on gobo.calica.com and we can avoid
rsync issues.
