Well, you can keep a tree with symlinks for that. Just create a
wrapper around Compile/InstallPackage so that after each compilation a
symlink to the installed entry is created under /PersonalPrograms, for
example. In the end you'll have something like:
/PersonalPrograms/Audacious -> /Programs/Audacious
/PersonalPrograms/JACK -> /Programs/JACK
...
