[gobolinux-users] Another /Programs folder

Should make 014 with the Program-cathegoryes, with these AnotherProgramsDir
method: should be a "programs" directory to games, window-managers,
librarys, compilers, etc. All programs dir should be an subdirectory in
/Progs

What you think?
