Dynamic creation of user/groups in recipes is not fully functional
yet, as that information isn't carried to the binary package
(InstallPackage wouldn't install the required user/groups). If you
really want to do that you can take the OpenSSH recipe as an example
on how to add new users/groups.

This is a feature that needs to be enhanced in our scripts..
