No problem, they were replaced with the Nvidia's version of the file,
as shown above.

Ok, hope everything is ok. Just ensure that you have loaded the nvidia
driver before launching X ('depmod -a' + 'modprobe nvidia' does that).
I think that modprobe won't be need to be called, but it's documented
here just in case modprobe isn't able to do its job.
