I converted it using xmbdfed long ago. I don't know if I still have
the file (but I remember that getting the right settings for
converting was a bit annoying). If anybody still have this file
around, please post it. :) (The alternative would be digging inside
some ancient GoboLinux ISO; I think we shipped it in some old release
(005?)).
