[gobolinux-users] cannot shutdown the machine

I cannot shutdown the machine - it write me:

"xfsm-shutdown-helper.c: 215 HAL not available or does not permit to
shutdown/reboot the computer, trying sudo fallback instead."

I search to this text in Google, and find this idea in a forum:

the easiest and preferred way is to make sure that hal is running and add
your user to the "power" group.

How can I make this? I not find any "power" text in my
/System/Settings/group ! This is me the following:
