IPB is commercial ($149.99+$25/6mo), closed-source software, which we
might want to avoid on practical as well as principled grounds.
Vanilla, which was mentioned earlier, isn't a bad option and seems to
have most of the desired features. There are other open-source forums
out there too, most of which will do just fine (so let's avoid a holy
war about which is best and just pick one). That's probably a matter
for somebody just to make an executive decision on.
