Lets wait the weekend to raise specs for the forum.   Basically a list
of requirements.  That way we can avoid having a bunch of tries at
different packages.  I'll start it off.

* Email gateway:  Nice to have but not a huge priority.  Better to
have something simple rather than confusing.

* Project something we can hack in (language/framework).  More
important for individuals supporting this.  Keep this in mind before
implementing something.

* RSS feeds.  Very common but should be useful.  Ability to view at
varing levels.  For instance, Forwarding an article to
devs/mailing-lists.

* Interface with our look.  Basically interface with our web dev.

* Being able to view as a nntp would be VERY nice.  I LOVE gmane
because of their nntp feed.

* Add yours.

Further process:

Because moderators forward articles to the mail list, -users basically
becomes a  support service to the forum moderators.
