The recipe for the cvs version was missing a call to autogen.sh. That
has been fixed in the subversion trunk and will be made available as a
new recipe in 2 hours.

Indeed it was using the wrong version. I applied the correct version
to my tree, but then the wrong one was moved to the recipe. The fixed
recipe has been commited to the svn trunk and will appear in a few
hours in the store.
