[gobolinux-users] Freshen downloading new recipe list

as far as I've been able to tell, there's no flag that lets me tell 
Freshen to check for a new recipe listing if it's been less than a day 
(or whatever the timeout is)... Even when I know there are new recipes 
that were uploaded three hours ago.  Even when I can use Compile to 
start compiling one of those newer versions, even after that, Freshen 
doesn't notice.  Is there a way, or should there be?
