I had that problem too. I eventually resolved it by (re)compiling
LibOgg, LibVorbis, Xine-Lib, and KDE-Libs, in that order. Xine-Lib may
not be necessary, since it doesn't show up in Dependencies for me, but
I had had problems with it and ARTS before.
