Works fine here.  I add the -s option so it'll affect a large change
(>180s) right away.

OpenNTPD does small changes to avoid time jumps.  Second paragraph in
'man ntpd'.  Basically it doesn't want to confuse the system by sudden
changes.

OpenNTPD is only 132K.  The recipe has a sane config; doesn't listen
to broadcast, uses pool.ntp.org (won't DoS wisc.edu, my alma mater :-)
).  I'd like this on the LiveCD (probably 015) and enabled by default.
 Any objections?
