I'd like a "small dvd".  No more than 1.5G.  It would avoid the size
limitations of CDs but not be too big to d/l easily.  How many users
ONLY has cd burners?  If that number is high enough we could still do
a CD release.  I don't think it would take any more resources to QA
both a CD and DVD as long as the CD is a subset of the DVD (make the
CD the recommended profile).
