Does kopete need the QCA-TLS plugin for gtalk? That seems strange since QCA-TSL
is a Qt4 app, while KDE3 must have Qt < 4 (one can have both Qt versions
installed at the same time, but afaik to build KDE3 one must disable Qt4).
