Strange, as I have now checked the package, and it is indeed Compiled and linked
against LibIDN 0.6.9. I have also checked the version of Kopete that was provided
in the KDE-Network 3.5.6 official package (I actully don't have option to upgrade
to KDE 3.5.7 right now, but dependencies and libraries linked against seems
identical between those versions) and it does support jabber (and gtalk) out of
the box (and I don't have QCA-TLS afaik).

The officially binary should have that ioslave now.
