I can confirm that that does work, at least for me. This is my entire
Screen section now:
Section "Screen"
        DefaultDepth 24
        Identifier "Screen0"
        Device     "Card0"
        Monitor    "Monitor0"
        SubSection "Display"
                Depth           24
        EndSubSection
EndSection
I suspect the SubSection and DefaultDepth aren't needed either, but I
can't test that until a compilation finishes.
