Yeah, but I'm guessing it would only try to bring up Xine-Lib if it
was using when building. The idea is to build it within ChrootCompile,
adding ARTS (but not Xine-Lib -- the CD is packed and I don't want to
add another trail of dependencies). Actually I'm thinking about
disabling ARTS, atleast in the EnhancedSkel (default LiveCD) setup.
