Patches welcome.
The output of `Freshen X` for an installed program X should be a
subset of plain `Freshen`, so that's a definite bug. The latest
released version doesn't actually run for me at all at the moment
(infinite loop on dependencies), and I haven't had time to track that
down yet. It's probably going to be redone from scratch to support the
new post-014 features anyway, so hopefully it'll disappear anyway.
