I think the problem is in the 
"/Files/Compile/Sources/binutils-2.18/missing makeinfo", 
it should be just "makeinfo".
As workaround change this in the makefiles and continue 
launching make manually.
May be that the new texinfo is not correctly recognized by 
the configure scripts ? Could you do a test by using the 
old one ?
