You need a configured and built kernel source directory, not just the sources.

The sources are included in that package. Remove
/Files/Compile/Sources/linux-2.6.23.8 (match the version with what you have),
run 'SymlinkProgram linux' and choose to install unmanaged files. Then you
should have a working source directory.
