You can use the xorg.conf you got with the installation of GoboLinux 014.

Yes, but if you still use the xorg.conf from installation of 014 you should have
those paths as well as the others, and don't have to change anything. Just ignore
the warnings.

Do you have /System/Settings/dbus-1/system.d/xorg-server.conf and what is the
contents of that file?

As stated, not fatal.

Try and recompile it against the new Xorg (did you remove Xorg 7.2 after the
installation of Xorg 7.3?).
