Ok, time to bring out the shotgun. :)
find /System/Links/Libraries | xargs grep -H '2.12.11'

If that returns nothing try:
find /Programs/*/*/lib | xargs grep -H '2.12.11'

and if that returns nothing (or an error) try:
find /Programs/ | grep \/lib\/ | xargs grep -H '2.12.11'
