You don't get to choose Konsole, it's part of KDE-Base.

I guess you could ship some rxvt as well, but xterm is already there
for non-KDE consoles, and it's really a compatibility requirement.
Three different terminals seems excessive. I don't know how big it is
or how much room's to spare, though. Konsole will certainly remain the
default, as part of KDE.
