Not at this time. Lucas can probably explain the details, but we tried
applying the UTF-8 patches for the kernel but there were some
problems. Hungarian support was greatly improved in this release: when
using Hungarian, the system is configured to  ISO-8859-2 and proper
fonts are selected both in text mode and X. I know it's not ideal as
UTF-8 but it's an improvement. Another problem about supporting UTF-8
completely is that zsh does not support it currently:

Patches fixing UTF-8 support in GoboLinux are welcome, but unless
somebody is stepping up to do the work, we're unable to fully support
it right now.
