No, as there were no structural changes in this release. In fact, a
013 that's current on all packages is in fact more up-to-date than
014...

The most crucial item in the upgrade path is Glibc. That's a package
that's really tricky to update, since a failure of any kind during the
process (say, if it fails to symlink the package for some reason)
renders the system unusable. But then in the worst case it's just a
matter of rebooting with a live-CD, mounting the partition and fixing
up some symlinks by hand. Another precaution that may save a visit to
live-CD-land in case of problems is to keep a sash shell open, which
contains the basic commands needed for rescue (ls, ln...) linked
statically as builtins.
