Yes, I could guess that by looking at the install string. You need to add the
user 'bin' and group 'bin', possible these are variables to the thttpd
configure script. If they are I suggest you use something like 'thttpd' or
even 'httpd' (one can asume that only one httpd server is installed and
running at the same time in a system).
