Yes, there should, if you want it to work. It has to exist for CUPS to
enable "Windows printer via SAMBA".
ls -l /Programs/CUPS/Current/Shared/cups/backend/smb

/Programs/CUPS/Current/Shared/cups/backend/smb ->
/Programs/Samba/Current/bin/smbspool
I'm not sure how well that fits in with our packaging philosophy,
though. I just created it when I found it in the documentation.
