I prepared recipes for KDE 4 and related packages. I had it installed on 
my system before hard disk broke up :(
It worked fine as long as I installed all required packages and add-ons. 
Unfortunately KDE-PIM has not been released yet so PIM programs are not 
available unless you compile them from the svn repository.
IMO the KDE 4 installation you can get on gobolinux should be considered 
still a beta: I used it without encountering any critical issue but some 
features may not work correctly.

Switching back to KDE 3.5.8 is just a matter of disabling KDE 4 packages 
and symlinking 3.5.8 ones.
