Same procedure as the LiveCD,  Just add more stuff.  There might be an
upper limit somewhere, I've only built and burned ISOs that are
slightly larger (like 100megs too big) but it does work.

If for some reason you want to use UDF rather than ISOFS, you'll need
to change the BuildLiveCD scripts.  The call to mkisofs needs to be
replaced with the appropriate tool.  You may also need to change the
initrd to attempt to mount udf.  UDF is built into my kernel (I think
stock) so you don't need to include the module in the initrd.

Sticking with isofs is really easier.
