Yes. It isn't too onerous, there is an
`AugmentCommandNotFoundDatabase` script that does it from the running
system automatically, which I asked people to run to populate the
database. Only Jonas did that, so it's not necessarily complete, but
it's pretty thorough (he has an obscenely large number of programs
installed).
