Yes. The preferred unionfs backend for UnionSandbox is UnionFS-Fuse
now. It will be automatically used if that package is found in your
system (it probably will, as it's listed in the Dependencies file of
this new Scripts' release). You can always InstallPackage/Compile
UnionFS-Fuse, too.
